Opportunity knocks;

Yet you do not see it.

They say you are ready;

Yet, you don't believe it.

It's not everyday;

That it comes along.

When you feel like you're failing;

You must remain strong.

Keep pushing forward;

Show em what you got.

You are not the only one;

Fighting for the spot.

Greatness isn't given;

It must be achieved.

After the long aching hours;

A refreshing joy is your reprieve.

A long awaited destiny;

Is unfolding before your eyes.

When it's time to thank someone;

Look to the skies.

For God is the reason;

You are blessed in every way.

And we need to take the time;

To thank Him everyday.

Because of Him I am happy;

I am living my dream.

In moments of intense pain;

The path in unforseen.

But He knows what He is doing;

The path is already on the ground.

He isn't messing with your heart;

His motive is truly sound.

When you are ready, He gives;

All that you dream and more.

So take the time to thank Him;

When opportunity knocks on your door.
